How to Save Money while Exercising: Stop Exercising at Fitness Centers
Many of my daily activities include going for a nice walk. It didn’t really matter to me what time of the day I would take my walk. The mornings would be nice and cool, and the afternoons would be nice to burn off my healthy lunch. And the evenings, well they would be nice to look up at the stars as I strolled underneath the open night sky. By simply going for a brisk exercising walk, I would be doing something that gave me a brisk workout rather than having to pay a good amount of money on a club membership at the local fitness center to walk around their indoor track or on one of their cardio machines. The last thing I would want to do after a day’s work is to exercise on the same machines that other sweaty people have used, not to mention the fact that gym membership fees are astronomically high and ridiculously overpriced. By exercising at home using my own exercising equipment or even walking around the block, saves me plenty of money to spend on something I really want rather than wasting my money on those ridiculously overpriced gym membership fees.
