    5. You will be presented with three main options. (Backup Now, Restore, Clone/Migrate). *Please note that user interface changes have been made and that newer versions of UpdraftPlus only have the “Backup Now” button option. The “Restore” and “Clone/Migrate” buttons have been moved. Each backup has its own “Restore” button/option while the “Clone/Migrate” button now has its own tab. So in current versions of UpdraftPlus “Backup/Restore” has its own tab and “Clone/Migrate” has its own tab.
    6. Select Backup Now.
    7. You will be presented with several options. (If you want to include the database and any files in the backup, if you want to send the backup to a remote storage device including email, and if you want to allow the backup to be deleted manually just in case if retention limits are reached.)
    8. Check/Uncheck the appropriate check boxes.
    9. Select Backup Now to perform a one-time backup of your WordPress installation.
      1. After the backup completes it will be added to the queue of Existing Backups where you are able to download the Backup Data (Database, Plugins, Themes, Uploads, Others) at anytime.
      2. The Existing Backups tab also allows you to Restore, Delete, and View the Log of each particular backup that you made.
