One of my favorite Coffee Makers, Keurig, has introduced their lineup of Elite Gourmet style single cup coffee makers.
The one I got to try is hands down the most stylish coffee maker out there.
The base unit is inclosed in a black plastic outside with a silverish plastic handle to raise and lower the k-cup holder, where Keurig, in big bold silver lettering, has placed its brand name.
The coffee cup base, where the actual users coffee cup is placed, features and integrated spillage catch, to hold any spilled coffee, keeping your counter top nice and clean.
Informational display is kept at a minimal, featuring two silverish buttons, one for smaller coffee cups and one for larger coffee cups. They both feature a soft blue light built inside and underneath the button.
Status indicators on the right of the unit on top include, from top to bottom, (ADD WATER, DE-SCALE, HEATING, AUTO OFF, POWER) with both the “AUTO OFF” and the “POWER” indicators featuring their own buttons. Green status indicator lights allow the user to keep track of what their coffee machine is currently up to.
Towards the left side of the unit, contains the actual reservoir chamber, where the user would fill with water. The reservoir is a clear plastic so as to enable the user to visually confirm how much water is currently stored in the chamber.
