I dreamed that I was in a large park or forested area outside of a city. It was during the cusp of light and darkness. I was running away from a pack of wolves. There must have been at least a half dozen of them approaching me from behind. I could hear their howls as they continued to approach my location. Even with them getting closer all I could think of was that I had to keep running. I started to breathe heavily while my body grew weaker. I looked all around me…there was nowhere for me to seek shelter. No where for me to run to. I couldn’t hide. All I could do was run. A sense of fear permeated throughout my body. As my body grew weaker, I started to slow down. Even though I was slowing down, I knew I had to keep running. It was all that I could do. I had to at least try to get away.
As the wolves approached me, I gracefully flew upwards. I heard what sounded like a gentle exhaling breath. It was like I was being carried in the gentle exhaling breath as a leaf is carried in a calm breeze. With the pack of wolves howling underneath me, I soon flew past a group of trees. With their leaves rustling around me, I cleared the treeline. A sense of overwhelming peace immediately overcame my fear. I took a deep breath and continued to fly in peace. I started to close my eyes. As I was closing my eyes in the dream, I was opening my physical eyes. The sense of peace stuck with me as I gently flew awake.
