Wow, at first I would just go home, there’s a lot of equipment home that I may use even though the electricity is down, it’s not like there’s an alien invasion going on (let’s do more survival scenario threads! please). I would hunt down all candles and light up my location. I would sit down and read a book. If the whether would be cold, I would take all the groceries from the fridge to the balcony as well.
Later I would feel bad for the airplanes, can’t imagine how it’s like trying to land a airplane in complete darkness. Then I guess there’s nothing more to do than wait for the electricity to get back on.

I would go to the nearest store and buy water and food for all the loose money I have. I would then go home ant collect all the food, warm clothing, sleeping bags, candles, etc.. Then I would go around and knock on every house and ask if there is someone who runs the heat on oil and if they do, ask if I can stay there until the electricity is working again. If I could, I would go and get all the things I have collected and bring it to them. + gas from the gas oven we have at home and grill, which stands on the balcony.
There I would ask if they liked the idea to collect snow and bring it in and let it melt for extra water, if so, I would do that. After that, I would go around and knock on many houses around and ask if they know what is sort of happening or if they needed help whit anything.
Because electricity and Internet, etc. will be gone in months, I would try to get some sort of security, perhaps a hidden weapon or something of that sort, depending on what I find in the garage.
Something along those lines, maybe not as fast as it sounds,
