Post Your Daily Workout/Exercise Routine
I love working out. I tend to make it a habit that I exercise for anywhere from four to six days per week. While taking rest breaks that range roughly from one to three days per week, sometimes in a row, sometimes staggered throughout the week. I usually exercise and workout an hour after I eat a small dinner meal. About ten minutes before I actually start my Daily Workout Routine I drink a protein shake that gives me plenty of vitamins, added vitamin supplements, and that added energy boost to sustain me throughout my Daily Workout Routine exercises. I blend my protein, added vitamin supplements, fruits, vegetables, water, and extra virgin olive oil using my Vitamix 5200 Blender, to sustainably blend and mix my protein shake properly and methodically. My Daily Workout Routine exercises last anywhere from thirty minutes up to the one hour mark, I usually just finish when I am finished, however long that takes. Below is my Daily Workout Routine along with various exercises that I do, and I would love to see what your Daily Workout Routine consists of.

I like to use the pyramid or ladder type of exercises for my Daily Workout Routine. I prefer doing leg-ups versus sit-ups, crunches, or knee-ups since I have noticed my abs (abdominal muscles) get a much more streamlined workout since I am lifting my legs from off the ground. I usually exercise Monday’s through Fridays. On Fridays I will usually do a brisk warm up exercise routine and then do my max pull-ups, leg-ups, and chin-ups that I could possibly do. I mainly do body weight exercises, nothing that puts any kind of stress on my bones or joints, so mainly just a lot of pull-ups, chin-ups, and leg-ups with daily rests throughout the week.
